MoCreative Concept exists to prove one thing: a single AI-native operator can take a product from concept to shipped, working code with no handoff to a separate team, and run the business behind it on a system of agents.
That is the name. The concept is where most studios stop. Here it is where the work starts, and it ends deployed.

How the work runs

Brief. Nothing is designed until the problem is sharp and the success metric has a name.
Design. Flows and a design system in Figma, tested against the metric, not against taste.
Build. The same person writes the production code with Claude Code, Cursor and Lovable. Nothing is lost in a handoff.
Ship. Deployed, measured, and handed over with the receipts.

Topkids Montessori School
A real school in Lagos, open since 2006 and past its 20-year anniversary. The work started with product and operations discovery. Only then was the school management system built.

Raw Concept Ventures Ltd.
A supplier of ceramic and porcelain tiles, with offices in Lagos, Benin and Abuja. The brand work was print collateral built for how they sell to architects and developers: a company profile laid out like a product catalogue, and a compliment card for the team.

Hi, I'm Damola.
I design products, then build them myself. I co-founded Harkardah, built the system that runs Topkids Montessori, and I'm rebuilding my own practice as a system of AI agents, in public, so other founders can run the same playbook.
